i stayed in the marina villa river view. the villa offered a fine view of the river and was very comfortable. i found the daily turn-down service good with fresh towels and bottled water, (i even got a different bookmark each night!).
the gym had very outdated and limited equipment. it could use an upgrade to match the rest of the resort's modern facilities.

the staff greeted me warmly and remembered my name throughout my stay. requests were handled efficiently, and they always had a smile. the level of attentiveness.

The staff members are very friendly. the hotel facilities are well organized and cleaned properly. we booked a marina villa river view. it included a private pool. This was a plus as the public pool seemed busy. the food tasted good.
the room faced the main road. i heard motorbikes honking all night! i did not get much sleep because of this road noise.

I found the staff consistently friendly and cute . They enhanced my experience greatly! The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. It was really relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the convenient location. It provided easy access to local attractions.
